Dear Mary Frances, I’m writing to you on behalf of my elderly aunt who is a retired farmer. Her issues began when a shed on her small farm burnt down. We don’t know how the fire started, but luckily it was only the shed and the contents that were destroyed.

We contacted her insurance company, who sent out someone to assess the damage, and based on this they refused to pay out.
