Wexford community group doesn’t have enough funding to renovate derelict house

At a recent Gorey Kilmuckridge Municipal District meeting, Cllr Anthony Donohue questioned the procedure involved if a community groups wanted to renovate a derelict house.
Cllr Donohue said he is aware of a community group in north Wexford that have a derelict house but they don’t have the funds to renovate it.
