It's almost seven years since Paola Bon and her husband Andrew Willis moved from Colombia to Andrew's family sheep farm in Beltra, Co Sligo and set up their vegetable and coffee businesses.

The couple, who have two young children, have also converted the farm to organic and will welcome their first certified organic lambs this spring.
