There was no joy for the two Irish boxers in quarter-final action at the European Championships in Belgrade.
Paris-bound Olympian Dean Clancy (Sean McDermott BC, Leitrim) was beaten 5-0 in the 63.5kg light welterweight category by Azerbaijan’s Malik Hasanov.
