Robin Talbot: Why we are not going to re-breed from heavier cows

The late spring gave us plenty of time to think about the future plans for our suckler herd.
The cows were weighed for SCEP before turnout and, going down through the weights, we saw there were a lot in around 650kg. In my opinion, this is a nice size for a suckler cow.
