That was a hugely entertaining game of hurling.

Clare looked to be in trouble when they trailed by six points early on in the second half.

Shane O'Donnell dragged them back into the game and Sean O'Donoghue's red card gave them another leg-up.

Mark Rodgers and eventual GAA GO man-of-the-match Peter Duggan also played important roles in Clare's revival, as did the inspirational Diarmuid Ryan.

Cork never gave up, but they are now in a very difficult position, with games against Limerick and Tipperary to come.

That's 2-9 now for the Glen Rovers man. Three points is the gap once again.

What a goal.

Mark Rodgers lays off to David Fitzgerald, who speeds past Luke Meade before rattling the roof of Patrick Collins' net.

It's been some response from Clare who having been six points earlier on in the second half, have completed a 12 point turn-around.
