A 36-year-old Wicklow woman feels she has been left “abandoned” after undergoing an operation for a brain bleed in October.

Caroline Mahoney of Wicklow town has been left paralysed on the left-hand side of her body and requires an electric wheelchair in order to provide her with some form of independence, but has only been provided with two manual wheelchairs, which require someone to push her at all time.
