Cllr Fionntán Ó Súilleabháin highlighted the disparity in HAP payment for families living in north Wexford and areas of south Wicklow at a recent Gorey Kilmuckridge Municipal District meeting.
The Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) is a social housing support for people who have a long-term housing need. The scheme is paid directly to landlords by local authorities.
