Penalty follows allegation of money from property sale in 2021 going missing and probe by accountant
A solicitor has been suspended from practising by order of the High Court after an emergency Law Society committee hearing found he had been “dishonest” in his handling of €300,000 of client monies.
Ronan O’Brien, of Ronan O’Brien & Co Solicitors of Church Street, Cavan, was suspended from the roll of solicitors last Monday by order of David Barniville, the president of the High Court.
