Mum says jail was ‘worse than she ever imagined’ after three-day stay in Dóchas Centre

A mother of two who spent the last week in custody in the Dóchas Centre had received a “really, sharp shock” and it was “way worse than she ever imagined”, a court has heard.

Natalie Healy (36) had thought she was invincible before going into the prison, her solicitor told the court.
