An elderly landholder whose right of way leading to a stand of commercial forestry was challenged by neighbours, had her claim endorsed by Wexford Circuit Court.

The case of widow Eleanor Doyle against James and Vera Bergin, and Michael and Maria Farrell was heard by Judge Alice Doyle.
