Sale of Rosses Point home for €1.7m scoops award for County Sligo estate agents

Sligo estate agent DNG Flanagan Ford has scooped an award for its sale of a Rosses Point property for €1.7m.

The estate agents were awarded the DNG Residential Deal of the Year 2024 and a Special Recognition Award at the DNG National Conference and Awards ceremony at Tulfarris Hotel and Golf Resort in County Kildare on Friday last which was attended by more than 280 delegates from 82 DNG offices located across Ireland.

DNG Flanagan Ford was recognised for its work on the sale of the former Parochial House with uninterrupted, unparalleled views across Sligo Bay to Strandhill, Knocknarae Mountain & beyond at Rosses Point. The sale of the property was agreed after a formal tender process in 2023 and there was huge interest in the property which sold for €1,755,500.

The property in Rosses Point was sold on a Joint Agency basis with David Reynolds Auctioneers by public tender.
