Fun event for families taking place in the Dublin Mountains
Families are being invited to enjoy a day of fun and adventure in the Dublin Mountains this month – for free.
As part of the Dublin Mountains Festival, Glencullen Adventure Park is inviting families to visit them on May 11 for an evening of outdoor fun.
The bicycle park is situated in the Dublin mountains, only 20 minutes from the city centre, and has become one of the top spots for children, teenagers and adults alike.
The event, which takes place from 6pm to 9pm, is free, but booking is essential as spaces are limited.

Thrilling adventures
The night will be action-packed with mountain biking lessons on offer, nature trail walks, and more exciting adventures from all ages. Beginners and seasoned mountain bike riders are welcome.
Family Bonding
Perfect for a family evening activity there will be a walk through the stunning Dublin Mountains which gives the whole clan a perfect opportunity to bond, connect, explore and spend some time in nature.
BBQ & entertainment
There will also be food on offer for all from the Glencullen Adventure Park Kitchen BBQ, if you need refueling after all the fun you can grab a quick bite and enjoy some music. There will also be face painting and giant games taking place on the grass, perfect for kids of all ages.
Educational talks
There will be some interesting discussions taking place around health and environmental issues, which people can gain some valuable insight into while surrounded by nature.
