It has been a month since the country got a new Taoiseach. A whole month of new energy, as Fine Gael would have us believe.

But where has it got us, if anywhere? Perhaps it is unfair to review a leadership a mere month after it has begun, but Simon Harris has only 11 months, at most, to put his stamp on this administration, so time is of the essence.
